If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlnaTech.

Services Provided

AlnaTech offers professional repair services for electronic devices, including but not limited to:

  • Laptop and computer hardware repair

  • Apple device diagnostics and repair

  • Accessory sales and technical support

We reserve the right to refuse service for any device that is beyond economical repair or poses safety risks.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

    Data Backup: Back up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

    Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information about your device and its issues.

  • 3.

    Device Security: Disable all security features (passwords, biometrics, Find My Device) before service submission.

  • 4.

    Lawful Ownership: Confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device or have authorization to repair it.

  • 5.

    Payment: Pay all applicable fees for services rendered in a timely manner.

Warranty and Guarantees

AlnaTech provides the following warranty coverage:

  • Parts Warranty: All replacement parts are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects.

  • Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service completion.

  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure (unless specifically repaired), or unauthorized modifications after our service.

To claim warranty service, you must present your original repair receipt and the device must show no signs of physical damage or tampering after our repair.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AlnaTech shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion occurring during or after repair services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

  • We do not guarantee repair success for devices with severe damage or obsolete components.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing and payment policies are as follows:

  • Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply for initial assessment.

  • Quotes: All repair quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • Late Collection: Devices not collected within 30 days may incur storage fees of $5 per day.

  • Abandoned Property: Devices left for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AlnaTech website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AlnaTech and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason at our discretion

  • Terminate user accounts that violate these terms

  • Modify or discontinue services without prior notice

Dispute Resolution
